The breathtaking dining views were a highlight during my stay, creating a picturesque backdrop to each meal.
The limited dinner hours made planning somewhat challenging, as I couldn't enjoy both dinner and the sunset on some evenings.

The stay was highlighted by access to a spa, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The homemade products served during meals were a delightful surprise, particularly the variety and quality offered. However, the limited dinner hours forced some inconvenience during planning. Additionally, the customer service experience was subpar when it came to adjusting reservations, leaving me feeling unsupported in a stressful situation.

Breathtaking dining views with access to free SPA services.
The timing for dinner was extremely inconvenient, as it was only available from 6:30-7:00pm, forcing us to seek options elsewhere to catch the sunset. Additionally, the breakfast setup was unsanitary due to flies scavenging the communal food. The hotel could do much better in protecting the food and ensuring a more pleasant dining experience.

I woudl ve been delighted by my stay, if only I was treated like a guest of importance. The breakfast area was infested with flies, which is absolutely not gourmet! Dinner timing is ridiculous. it’s 6:30-7:00pm only? ! Also, no complimentary upgrades or amenities. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The food was a culinary delight! Every dinner felt like a feast fit for kings—especially the 5-course menu, the lamb was simply unforgettable.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, worth every penny!

Our family loved exploring the Alpe di Siusi nature reserve, perfect for winter activities like skiing and Nordic walking. The ski depot with boot heaters was a lifesaver. Plus, having our small dog with us made it all the more special.
My wife believes there should be more kid-friendly dining options.
